Deku with Gearshift should be over 12m as Shigaraki couldn’t even see Deku move and was being beat around.Dekus Also at 120% when he’s already Prime All Might Level with just 100%

Shigaraki: - Base: In the first War Arc Dr Garaki said that he had great speed and strenght at base, but still not as fast as All Might. Shigaraki didn’t got hurt by a 45% Smash from Deku, and later on he also tanked several 100% hits from Deku, and Newtons 3 Law of Physics says that every force that you land without getting damaged is a force you can endure. If those 100 % hits from Deku did damage but the 45% hits didn’t, thus means that Shigaraki’s Physical Abilities in Base in this Arc = OfA 72.5% ((100+45)/2), which would make sense because at that point Shigaraki’s body was at 75%.
This also means that for every Shigarki Body Completion 1%=0.96% of OfA. And because Shigaraki’s body in the current manga is fully completed, this means that Shigaraki in Base (Manga) = OfA 96%. This also makes sense, because he got hurt by a Faux 120% Smash of Deku. Not only that but because AfO is merging with him, he can also alterate his body mass, at the point that he can extend himself or cover himslef with lots of Hands.
Then you would add the Quirk AfO, which has a lot of Quirks within it and was almost equal to 100% OfA during the battle between Prime All Might and Prime AFO (All might barely won). This would mean that 100% AfO = 99% OfA.
And then you have the Decay Quirk wich instantly destroys everything it touches. Shigaraki with Decay FP easily beat Re Destro 150% Stress, and a 60% Stress Re Destro beat Twice, Shigaraki Unawakened and Compress with ease.
What i Mean with this is that if AfO Prime = 10 Million then Shigaraki FP in the Manga right now, with all the Quirks and everything should be at least 25 Million
But all might didn't barely win he smashed afos head and to get away afo opened a hole in his stomach

Yeah true def FAX. current Deku in the comics might be powerful, but He ain't beating AFO in his prime. A lot don't realise that even when he was weakened when fighting all might, he still had a variety of a lot of useful quirks. Imagine how strong AFO would have been in is prime with all his quirks.
Good to see Deku with a higher Power level, but i think Gearshift Deku is already stronger than Prime AFO (11.000.000) but a bit weaker than Full Power Shigaraki from 377-379 (11.500.000)

You should add deku post time skip cuz there will be a time skip so I think these should be the powerlevels

Deku overdrive+all quirks and ofa 100% 14m
Prime afo with rewind should be 10.5m

Prime All Might "physically" killed Prime All for One. So AFO < 1M. Deku with OFA Full + FJ + GS =~= 120% OFA + all his other quirks > Prime All Might.
