The whistle sounded lke a phone notification. When you panned round after the drip sound there appeared to be an over flow pipe around knee height, which maybe why floor was soggy too? Scary intense episode 😬

EDIT:- I don't know if you guy's actually realised, but upstairs when you were in the oak room and ste opened the door pointing out into the landing area, on all occasions there were distinctive orbs, and again downstairs whilst stood in that corridor. I would definitely say it was haunted and its shame the building is going. It does make 1 wonder if the newbuilds will be haunted as well as theyll be built on top of that ground! 🤷🏻♀️🤔
