Thank you so much for this video! I'm lazy about my hair and I've tried so many things to improve my look. I've paid lots of money and gone to many people who have scammed me and still this has been the best and easiest experience I've had yet! I will try it today. It's a muggy day and I've bought four packs of freetress wand curl hair to crochet. I didn't have daughters and not a lot of hair myself so I don't do braiding well at all. I'm 68yrs old and I'm tired of wigs. I haven't really begun to gray yet just in the front right side but I love the gray look so I purchased gray hair. It's on! My day will be well spent! The best video on this method. Definitely will stylist do this method due to cornrows place too much on my scalp. Cornrows has caused traction alopecia, but will get back healthy state w/this method.

This is gorgeous! I have a question a few questions. I'm not at all familiar with wearing weaves. I'm looking for a style that will allow me to exercise without ruining the style.
1) how long did this style last?
2) Days your scalp ever get sweaty from exercise, etc, and what did you do about it?
3) can this style be rinsed with plain water if you need to cleanse your scalp?
