I really like the new light show on the Partybox Ultimate but the drivers (12” woofer and a compression driver) on the Partybox 1000 are far superior to the newer model.
That and the price.
The 1000 has one 12" sub vs the ultimate having two 9"s. I like the bass and would pick the 1000 for 12" sub. Agree?

How's that possible when a single Partybox 1000 is officially rated at 122 decibels (set at 3rd level bass boost)?
Someone even claimed online that the 1000 goes up to 126 decibels, although that's not verified, but tested privately.
40% louder means 4db more, its good but personally i would go for the 1000 because i like the design more

damn, so itll be louder than my setup (pb1000 and two pb310s) because the two 310s only add about 3db since its about as loud as the pb1000 so its like adding another pb1000
my setup will easily win sound quality wise because of stereo and im guessing itll have more bass since the 9' dual subs in the ULTIMATE will have similar low bass to the pb1000 but have better punchy bass, my 310s will provide the punchy bass to the pb1000 tho
@Sickened-CZcams If ur stereo setup is 2 310s it won't beat the ultimate in bass, but stereo always sounds better so yeah I would go for ur setup

It is a bit louder in db!around 4 db louder! And doesnt have battery..new features...new design..and a bit louder..and heavier..than the 1000!
the 1000 has a compression tweeter versus 2 dome tweeter. compression wins that
2x 9 inch against 1 x 12 inch woofer, i dont know, the 2x 4,5 ich mid against 2x 7 inch mid/low on the 1000.
i think it wil mis in the mid and high range some power compare with the 1000.

i mean at this point i am still disapointet they had all the chances of making it battery driven so it could be protable and used for festivals and partys ( where power isent really a option) this is why i stick to my soundboks. it sounds greta but the bass on the jbl pb 1000 or ultimate fir that matter is much much better. but aat the same time you cant use them every where and that is a big flaw since i think most people (in denmark atleast) love the soundboks only because of that. mabey because it is made here to buy still...... if jbl 1000 or ultimate had a battery i think, atleast in denmark, more people would buy them

JBL WILL never ever , make a speaker like the PB 1000 , which has a colorful drum pad, full LED panel and a 12inch subwoofer , i always count my be lucky , to own a PB 1000, the 12inch woofer is insane , the New PB Ultimate doesnt have a 12 inch Subwoofer , no drum pad ,also u miss the Full LED lightening system on the JBL PB 1000,

Jbl one app does not work with pb 1000
I doubt it being 1100w rms cuz the 1000 isnt a 1100w speaker. Its more like a 300w speaker than a 1000w. After hearing actual car subs that are pusing thousands of watts its so much more than the partybox is putting out even if on paper its the same. For the price its not worth it. Even my 1000 wasnt worth it really

@@kasan1269 the sound comparisons i heard are pretty clear. The ultimate is a lot louder and much more bassie. Ill still need to hear it in real life though.

so that means the partybox ultimate will be 111.2 db, since the partybox 1000 is 110 db. 100% louder means you get +3db and since its 40% its a +1.2 db

Jbl 1,000 es mejor
They both < 500Wrms (it says 540Wrms in pb1000 manual). Not even close to a 1000W with those drivers. My bet pb 1000 is about 350Wrms (200w svc sub, 80W mids, 5W tweeters) and ultimate is about 400Wrms (150W svc subs, 40W mids, 5W tweeters). Still better than most
Personalmente no creo q supere al 1000 , te diré una cosa hermano los nuevos parlantes de jbl no valen la pena , pués los hacen delicados y fragiles con componentes internos que no son de alta calidad , de la nada se malogran , los oyes a alto volumen x mucho tiempo y comienzan a calentarse y no aguantan su propia potencia q luego se queman
De superar al 1000 en potencia habrá que esperar, pero en la mayoría de otros aspectos yo creo que si amigo, calidad de audio, conectividad, eso incluye la app de jbl, etc
Y referente al tema de la calidad eh escuchado eso, en grupos de Facebook, pero no sé en qué se sustentan, si todos los fabricantes de la mayoría de artículos electrónicos en gral lo hacen, artículos más reemplazables o desechables, pero eso no lo notas en un equipo de 3 años a uno actual, eso se remonta a muchos más años, esos equipos de sonido, Sony, Panasonic, aiwa, etc de los 90's y principios de los 2000 qué eran muy duraderos pero al final se comienzan a volver "obsoletos", así avanza la tecnología, y la verdad yo no entendía el por que del precio de estos aparatos, actualmente tengo una charge 5, una pb encore y aunque no sean lo más duradero del mundo, se escuchan genial, son divertidos de usar y escuchar, y es lo de ahora
