    Prime factors of 360 = 2x2x2x3x3x5 thus only way to get 4 consecutive factors from combinations of the 6 factors above are: 3x2x2x5x2x3 = 3x4x5x6

    you should let x^2 + 3x + 1 = y then you have
    (y-1)(y+1) = 360
    y^2 - 1 = 360
    y^2 = 361
    y = 19 or y = 21
    then x = 3 or x = -6
