Thanks for the video! I'm doing the same thing. I saw how you were trying to pry that big bushing from above - pounding with the bar. I've got both bottom bolts/pins out but the doors just won't come out of those top bushings. Mine had a small allen screw at the top that went through the bushing and tightened into the hexagonal door shaft. I took them both out and they still ain't coming off. Any hints or suggestions?

Thanks for the comment and question!
If I remember correctly, the key was getting under the bottom step and unscrewing/disassembling/angle grinding whatever is holding the door down there. From there, it was a mix of prying that bushing up to create some space and wiggling the door up and down to unslot it from the bottom cylinder, then swinging the door out from the bottom.
I don’t think we have that footage and my memory is fuzzy on this part, so let me know if you have any questions and I’ll do my best to help!

We had to go through the top and the bottom at the same time. So I was holding the bottom top or bottom bolt (can't remember) and he was twisting with a tool on top/bottom to unbolt it. However, only one side this worked for. We ended up angle grinding off the bottom bolt on one side... which honestly looking back now, if you can, I would recommend angle grinding the bolts off (so much easier)!
