- This is a video of a mother and daughter on a short trip during Golden Week, one of the longest holidays in Japan, which is every year from the end of April to May. Since Moto is away on a business trip so Sutan and I had 9 long days alone to spend for the holiday. We went to Sanrio Puroland, stayed at the Keio Plaza Tama Hotel, and went strawberry picking at my grandma's farm.

Su-chan takes after Mom and Dad. Truly, "modeling" is the best teacher. When she starts preparing the plates without being prompted, you know that she's seen her dad and mom do similar things as an act of love to one another. When also she found it more thrilling to feel the bed and run after pigeons, you know that her mom and dad have accustomed her to simple joys in life, not necessarily the big and flashy ones you have to "pay for" (Sanrio Puroland is cute and cool and all; I've personally been there), but then you find her relishing more the small things, the simple things, the thoughtful things. Awwwww... Su-chaaaaan! You are refreshing!

It’s so cute how Sutan thinks amusement rides are scary, but she finds comfort in eating meals with her mom because she has so many good memories with it 😭 ❤️

Sutan is naturally charming. Half of me wants to see how this develops as she gets older; and the other half of me wants to see her stay at this innocent age!
I feel the same way!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But her parents love is really the sacred force that has been and will make her into a marvelous person what ever age. I wish we all had that kind of parental love growing up ; the world would be such a different place.:)!!
My vote, stay this age. Perfect balancevof innocence, excitement and eagerness to learn & accept fun, light hearted activities that make you laugh. Good times❤

And Moe admitted that when Moe was 3 she responded sooooooooo much better to questions and I remember that session when Sutan was 3 and Mom was asking questions and I found it soooo enjoyable-I agree with Moe. But then ,Sutan turn the tables ( When Sutan said she was a Big Lady and she could clean the green beans herself to make it easy on mom other food prep) when Moe asked about she was crying and that Sutan said that she was Moe Baby and Sutan response was more than Golden but Platinum ;Sutan made everyone laugh hard and I almost lost it myself. I had to see that one atleast 5 o 6 times because it was soooooooo funny. You need to check that one one

❤❤❤❤❤I agree with all that you saying even Stevie Wonder can see that!!! But it is the beautiful love and support that Moe and Moto that allowed all this happiness you talk about. I think through spiritual training or (Zen Meditation) which Moe as an ex-Geisha-is very familiar , as well Sutan learning and learning how the world really his or Psychology and Sociology (because if Sutan is taught the mine fields of pitfalls of life she can save her beautiful mindset -with is the next step to maintain as much as possible this:"Perfect balance of innocence, excitement and eagerness to learn & accept fun, light hearted activities that make you laugh. Good times " that you talk about that most of the masses of people in world should have had which would have made this world and you and I such more happier and most productive people. It was so sweet seeing you ask Sutan why she didn’t like that one ride that made her upset. Most parents would just forget the moment and write it off as a temper tantrum. But they’re human beings with just as much complex emotions and thoughts as any other human and it’s so refreshing and heart warming seeing you take that into consideration. You seemed very surprised by her response of how she didn’t like how it was on water instead of tracks. Goes to show she had a reason and it wasn’t just a fit, and you’re an incredible mother and person to take that into consideration and genuinely care for Sutan’s feelings🖤🖤

I absolutely adore the part when Sutan goes back and forth to the counter to bring plates and forks. Her eagerness to expedite the eating of the cute cake and her serving her mother and herself are very dear. A gorgeous and kind child!

As always, thank you for including us strangers into your families life. Some of us have very small families or do not get to see our families as much as we would, it's like spending time with our own family. Sutan reminds me of my niece at that age (she is 6 now) but has always been uncles princess since she was an Infant. Watching Sutan grow up and discover the world is so much like rewatching my niece and nephew do the same under my watch and me sharing my wisdom with them about things their mom(my sister) and dad do not know but uncle does

It's normal for theme parks (esp dark rides and mascots) to be overwhelming for younger kids at first, especially if they're not used to crowded, loud places or dark unfamiliar ones! It's all part of adapting to strange/unfamiliar scenarios ❤️
I remember being really nervous and scared during my first disneyland vacation (I kept my eyes closed for a bunch of the dark rides), and I was way older than Sutan :D

The Golden Week before the pndemic (2019) was the best and most memorable for me. It was the beginning of *Reiwa Era* and was the longest GW ever.
Kimono Mom channel didn't exist yet back then but I'm sure it was an equally memorable GW for the Kimono Family too because Sutan was newly born and it was her first GW.

It is common for some kids even those before Covid, like the first time at day care or school especially when they are still young like Sutan but they get used to it with time.

While in our culture Moms take pride by saying “আমার মেয়েটা একগ্লাস পানি ঢেলেও খায় না।" (Translation: My daughter doesn’t even pour water on the glass by herself to drink. Meaning: I won’t let my daughter do any single chores. Because, she’s way too much privileged enough)

This looks so much fun! I loved sanrio growing up. My sister and I collected cute stuff from Sanrio. My dad bought us stuff from Japan a long time ago..that's how it started.
