    Sesame Ginger Grilled Tuna Steaks Recipe
    * 2 tuna steaks
    * 2 tablespoons olive oil
    * 1 teaspoon sesame oil
    * 1 teaspoon ginger ground
    * 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    * 1 tablespoon garlic powder
    * 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    * 2 tablespoons sesame seeds divided
    * Green onion sliced, to garnish
    Instructions
    * Preheat grill to medium-high (350 degrees F)
    * In a small bowl, mix olive oil, sesame oil, ginger, soy sauce, garlic powder, rice vinegar, and half sesame seeds.
    * Pour half the sauce over tuna steaks, and reserve half for finishing tuna.
    * Let fish marinate, and refrigerate, for at least 20 minutes (Overnight is best if possible!)
    * When the grill is scorching hot, remove tuna steaks from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
    * Cover fish with 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds to make a "crust" before grilling. Add more than 1 tablespoon if needed.
    * Place steaks on grill.
    * Grill 2-3 minutes per side, drizzling a bit of reserved sauce on top of the fish as it cooks, until fish is charred on each side.
    * For medium-rare tuna steaks, cook to 135 degrees F. The FDA recommends 145 degrees F.
    * Remove tuna from the grill, and top with reserved sauce, green onions, and additional sesame seeds.

    Just found your channel today. I watch so many and not sure why it took so long to pop up. Fellow Central Florida (Lakelander) here. You seem like such a nice couple and I started watching the oldest episodes first and like them. You can tell your wife is used to camera work and loved the "going to church" episode. I thought you might be a christian couple. It is not a religious channel, but still like to follow young brothers and sisters. Have fun, enjoy life as you have said as it is so short. I am about double your age and wish I had done that back at your age. Prayers over your journey's and life. Jeff

    2 large sweet potatoes mashed
    1/3 cup orzo pasta cooked
    4 oz cooked fish mix together with a tablespoon of coconut or avocado oil. Portion out serving size for your dog’s weight. I feel this to my Maltese every day because of his protein allergies. No more licking his paws or constantly scratching

    Great video guys. Really enjoy seeing Cole with all his creative cooking skills. Noticed you had an infra red grill. Do you like it that much more over the traditional magma burner grill. We are about to buy one for our new boat and would like your insight if you would purchase again over a magma burner grill.

      I actually liked our smaller magma better....it was smaller, but it got hot really fast and used less gas. I like the space of the new one but now that I have it, I notice I do not need it if it is just Emily and I...I would say for 2 people, go with the small burner grill

      Thank you so much for the insight. I believe we will go with the smaller one. Fair Winds my friend.
