Don't collapse the illigal construction buildings.use the buildings government offices are other activities of government work's or schools.if not give rents private offices.

It’s not always possible to reuse of the buildings. Illegal building is illegal even govt/public use. Most of the constructions are in a lake, they need clear debris after demolition and restore lake to original condition.
