I can't believe the intensity and opportunity to experience this live performance or any live performance by Nirvana I wish I was one of the people in audience and the atmosphere there looks absolutely electric
For the record, though, both of those songs are covers of Meat Puppets songs they did for MTV Unplugged (with two members of Meat Puppets playing with them). They're not Nirvana songs, so probably not the best place to start for the true Nirvana experience.
@@forneverofficial still having kurt sing them songs raised them from ok songs to something very very special. Whatever kurt sang was the nirvana experience they did loads of covers
If Jayy ever were to see hell break loose beneath her very feet, how would we know?? Lmao she’s one of the few reaction channels that actual does deserve its own TV show, and that’s cause she’s funny, genuine, and got good tastes. 😎🤟
I've been a Nirvana fan since their first album Bleach. Once Kurt started doing heroin it was only a matter of time. His Bass player Krist said he knows Kurt did commit suicide cause the last time he saw them he asked him to get away with him on vacation and he said Kurt looked at him and said where can I get a motorcycle he said Christ what do you need one of those for. And he said he was loaded the last few days he saw him. They got famous too fast.
It's about heroin... ;) "Come on over and do the twist" - Twist and tie something around your arm. "Over do it and have a fit" - Do too much and overdose. "Love you so much it makes me sick" - Like doing it so much you withdrawl and get sick if you don't do it. "Come on over and shoot the shit" - Self explanitory.
Like the fact you react not only Smells like teen spirit and Where did you sleep last night?. They are widely used for the first reaction videos and vocal coaches analysis respectively. You don't pretend you don't know their names and who they still ARE. Every conclusion you've done is correct in my opinion. So thanks a lot for your choice and ideas.
Dave grohl is my IDOL. My drum kit and playing style is based entirely on his set up "Blew" and "school" from Nirvan Live and Loud concert are great vids that highlight his drumming. Get some awesome shots of him doing crazy shit and the sound quality is spot on! ALSO then listen to the SAME songs from the Bleach album with their old drummer and you will realise how correct you are in saying the the drummer really holds everything together and really help elevate nirvana from an amateur garage band to world class
I prefer aneurysm live at the paramount idk why its just different. The sing breed and school are amazing songs and maybe about a girl. Aneurysm is amazing one of there best up beat songs.
I definitely know I prefer the recording of that performance compared to this one cuz u can actually see dave killing the fucking drums in that one. This one u only get to see him on the rare occasion the camera is on him for two seconds in between flashing lights. The paramount one u can truly see him just destroying the song
@@shoneie You are correct. I was listening, not watching, but it's obviously a fender. I've owned both. Gibson's make your life hard, fenders are... Comfortable. The body looks like a unburst, and though it doesn't have the low end growl, I just assumed. Good catch
@@billhicks6449 why does a Gibson make your life hard? Does it complain, talk back to you or never have money to pay for dinner? Its a piece of wood. Lol
@@billhicks6449 imo gibsons and guitars derived from their designs are much easier to play than fender derived guitars but the only issue I've found is tuning stability but there are ways to remedy that
If you enjoyed Nirvana, definitely seek out the Foo Fighters. Drummer Dave Grohl formed this band shortly after Kurt's demise. 26-years-later the Foo Fighters are still out there putting out great music. In fact, they just put out a new album called 'Medicine At Midnight.' You should do a marathon of Foo Fighters songs. I'll give you five to start your journey with them. 5. I'll Stick Around 4. My Hero 3. Generator 2. Best Of You 1. Making A Fire
I forget who made the list but one of the top 100 drummers list a saw actually had their drummer in it. if you like good drumming you should hear almost easy by avenged sevenfold.
So nice to see someone do something else when it comes to a Nirvana review. Yes, I know you reviewed Where Did You Sleep Last Night, but so many others don’t review anything after that. So thanks.
You should check out the version that the rest of the band did with Kim Gordon (From the band Sonic Youth) standing in for Kurt when Nirvana was inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. And yeah, Dave Grohl is the best drummer of his generation in my opinion.
I love your choice of song and your reaction. You have great taste. If you ever get the time I highly recommend exploring the Wipers they're a really great band that was also one of Kurt's influences
Am shocked watching lots of your vids your reaction not hearing more music outside of you bubble before, Good you are now advertising your lovely headphones though I have got to ask are people as yourself so really ignorant of more music as you appear to be
Dave grohl is the drummer. He is now the singer and guitarist in foo fighters
That's a hard core Nirvana song! Fair play
the facial expressions - amazing
the look on your face at the start is priceless!
I'm happy you enjoyed the song! Pls listen to more Nirvana!
love your reaction to the live aneurysm song, definitely one of my favorite songs

My favorite live song of theirs…you cannot sit still to this classic
The drummer is the best. He and Kurt Cobain were an incredible 1-2 punch!
What about Krist???
You have beautiful hair.
Good job, great band, from my hometown.
I can tell you are really feeling the "grunge" check out Soundgarden Loud Love. Now there's a set of pipes you won't ever forget!!!
Nirvana love from England x
This is the Aneurysm everyone should listen to. Their best live song imho

loved that even on drugs and alcohol he still sang with the same electric voice.

i love the quote in your bio.... it's so true!! This song is classic Nirvana!

Your analysis is correct about the drummer.
Lithium you will like
React to every song from this concert
Probably the best song ever written about getting addicted to and overdosing on heroin.
Breed-Nirvana pls
Rough Nirvana song to react too. He was in a bad place during this album.
Are you in Queens? That sounds like JFK.

The drummer was Dave Grohl.
Who the hell is that one dude just moshing, in center stage. It isn't any member of the band, so was it a fan who just walked up there? LOL.
