Lifeform of the Week: Dead Man's Fingers

Imagine one day you’re walking through the peaceful countryside and you see what looks like human fingers coming out of the ground. Don’t worry, the dead are not rising from their graves in the zombie apocalypse (as far as we know). What you most likely saw was a creepy-looking and deadly fungus. They’re known as dead man’s fingers.
