Does SC not require silt fence to be cleared for first? Up here in VA we are only allowed to clear for the silt fence and the ponds first and can't touch the rest of the job until both are completely in...much more irritating than just clearing the whole job at once.

Yeah we are supposed to do silt fence and ponds first. But they are super lenient and let’s us just go to town
