Inside Joker's lair in the Steel Mill, on the floor near Harley Quinn's Arkham Asylum outfit there is a pregnancy test.
The test reads positive, hinting that Harley may in fact be pregnant with Joker's child.

There's about 16 other tests around the crib saying negative, and the box inside the crib warning about false positives.

In the new 52 comics Harley admitted to Black Canary she had a kid with the joker, and her daughter lives with her sister, and she visits her often but she won't tell her who her dad is. She also said her daughter likes to put dresses on toy cars. Shes pretty heart broken about the whole thing...

Ocelot- Militaires Sans Frontieres you can be right at one point, she MAYBE had a miscarriage, but not on the church. On Harley Quinn's Revenge, you can find A LOT of pregnancy tests around the baby's bed, all showing negative. Note: just maybe, because on Harley Quinn's Revenge, the box on the baby bed says, "WARNING: Test may result in false positive", conclude that, she maybe had a miscarriage, or maybe the test was wrong. With Scarface on the bed, which is probably the "baby", and she is singing to him in the closing credits of the original game, strengthening the idea of disappointment.

In harley quinn's revenge for those who didn't know go to the exit point in the steel mill and you will find a crib with a joker toy? And a pregnancy test in the crib as well and a bunch on the floor probably harley was mad the tests did not have a positive sign
Eventhough it said it was a positive, the harley quinns revenge shows that they were a false positive which fueled her insanity toward s batman

In the DLC, the box has extra text on it that states that false positives can occur, and so when she tried again it came up negative.
if she got pregnat while in the game or little before the game. would the child be infect with titan dieasease? the joker was dying right after the end of the arkham asylum. so when did harley get knocked up?

One of the clues is right outside the museum after the ninja escapes one of the guards is talking about penguin making him kill joker but all he actually did was sit outside jokers window and penguin quote "made him tell him what joker made Harley do to him"

if you played harley quinn's revenge, you may have noticed a lot of negative preg tests next to the positive on and a package of those tests saying that they may show a false positive result (because those tests are not 100% trustworthy). so it is more likely that she is not pregnant. and joker needs her, but he doesn't love her so the two probably never hooked up.
@tHaRaNgErz Impossible. The DLC takes place after a few weeks of the ending of Arkham City. You can only find the negative results in the DLC. Harley was not pregnant after all.

later in this series the creator makes note of the jokers statues in quinns revenge all being near a cadmus labs poster. Cadmus is known as the people who made superboy after supermans death at doomsdays hands. The creator thought that in a future game someone would clone the joker. i highly doubt it.
Nope. It was an illusion by Scarecrow. When Batman throws the sword at Joker's machine, it starts to dangle from the ceiling. When it's dangling, its shadow makes the shadow of Scarecrow's hand. Also, when Batman regains consicousness after the explosion, one of the sides of his shadow shows the Scarecrow insignia. Also, lifelike halleucenations are becoming a big thing in this series.

Sad fact. In Harley Quinn's Revenge, you learn that that brand has a notorious history of false alarms. Plus you can see a room full of others all reading NEGATIVE. So, Harley is NOT pregnant.
Or someone else pissed on them or those are before she got another brand of pregnancy tests.

i should note too everyone, she'll sing a song if you find this, and in the DLC "harley's revenge", there's a lot more pregnancy tests showing... they're all negative. she got a false positive.

Don't forget the whole plot of Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker, where he morphed Tim Drake's body into his own with Cadmus tech (it's not actually said in film but it has been confirmed that it was Cadmus tech)
At the end of the game (I forgotten which end) you can hear Harley singing hush little baby with a baby crying

There's a new dlc coming out in late may and its arkham city's final chapter. In the trailer, she's pregnant.
Maybe harley was trying to get pregnant so she bought all the pregnancy tests and a crib but they were all negative and then on her last try before the jokers death she got pregnate hence the positive test

in harley quinn's revenge there is a room that show many pregnancy tests showing negative , and it was written in the box that the test might show positive after showing many nigatives and that will be wrong , so it's kinda confusing , but she gotta be pregnant coz as u said she end up with 2 GRANDdaughters :)

In one of the tech demos for the first game (I think it was a fight mechanics demonstration), I remember Joker telling his men that, if tone of them somehow beat Batman, they'd get a "night with Harley."
I also remember that Joker said that Harley didn't need to know about the prize...

He said that he didnt mind getting a ride on Harley or more exactly that he wanted to do her, but thats no garantee that he ever did. But there might be a chance that Harleys child isnt Jokers, or 1 of the doctors might been raped pregnant, considering Arkham City had been standing a while before Batman decided to shut things down, who knows?

There was a Conversation in The Bowery District between some Penguin Goons and One of them talked about how the Penguin had ordered him to kill the joker he had a sniper rifle aimed towards the steel mill and a hint is given talking about the joker and harley Quinn doing Sexual activities in secret the goon states he was disgusted by what he heard the joker ordering Harley to do to him this must be another hint.
