UV Pipe Relining

In this video, the Revolution Pipe Relining team is performing UV Pipe Relining via the Inversion method. This stormwater pipeline was full of tree roots, cracks and collapsed in one section. Firstly we cleared the roots, then made a small excavation to replace the collapsed 90-degree bend in new PVC pipe. Next, we inverted MAGMAFLEX liner into the drain and cured the UV resin via the UV Pipe Relining Technique.
This new technology significantly speeds up the downtime for the clients and comes with far less risk as the resin can only be cured by UV light.
