- deep breath We have waited a looooong time for Lego to give Andrea a house and it is finally here! 2021 marks the release of Lego Friends Andrea’s House 41449 and I am excited beyond belief. We’ve watched while all the other girls have got their own houses (and Stephanie got three 🤯) and I know that somebody had to be last but it has been an interminable wait. This set also is the first time a micro doll appears in a Lego Friends set and the first time that a younger sibling is represented. It also has a fabulous amount of minidolls included (though Stephanie’s presence is nice but weird, it’s like she was just randomly chucked into the box before sealing it 🤷🏻♀️). i love how lego is giving representation in their lego figure. nice to see more characters of color. definitely need more characters in the same skin tone as olivia. and maybe some more hair styles for poc character!
Yeah but the fact that they felt they needed to also include Stephanie in a set with _Andrea's_ family is very off putting for me

They wanted to make price higher by adding the mini dolls I think, it’s costs more to design new mini dolls so they probs just threw Stephanie in their for more money

I was so excited when I saw this set, although I was slightly confused as to why Stephanie was included in Andrea’s family.... Also, did Andrea’s hair colour change slightly? It looks more red to me.
Stephanie is a very random addition though I have my theories on why she's included (and I don't like those theories 😡). I think Andrea's hair is still the same 😘

17:26 definetly nostalgic but Olivia has her glasses so I still think her paler complexioned self isnt being represented there but rather how she looks now but in her old clothes, and the lack of the nougat skintone is likely due to the style of it ( otherwise Andrea would have a different skintone in it, since she's always been black)
