Know someone from Chicago who used to fly down to South Beach, Miami on Thursday nights and run Cigarette Boats all weekend and then fly back Sunday night.
He said they were $25,000-$35,000 weekends!
While he can no longer do it today, he sure has LIVED!!!
Oh, he also has tried harder, worked harder, worked smarter and has been willing to risk more than most.
There is a “cost” for everything.
Keep up the quality work.
That’s it ! I’m adding a 6th motor to my boat , too many fives now .

Live to create.....THAT'S GREAT YOU'LL HAVE THE ONLY 30 HP CIGARETTE BOAT AROUND NOW.....TO BAD THEIR NOT ELECTRIC START.... YOU THE MAN...
Love no music, just the sound of the water, boats, and nature.. ...great stuff
I could sit and watch these boats go out all day. Its mesmerizing.
And the sound of the water is like being back in the womb.😂
3:28... the moment he wants a bigger boat haha
You know, I've been watching your vids for a while now, and always wonder, "do they just think the trim & tilt button is just for trailering? " LoL 😂
I was thinking the exact same thing.
10:22 is how I want to challenge Haulover.
Indeed! One does take the risk of spilling one's gin & tonic though...
Great shots of beautiful boats! The slow-mo Freeman, wooow. Excellent work! Thanks!
Whoa outstanding video!!! Beach looking real Good!!! What a day :o)
I like the seasick iridescent "green in the gills" skiff that after the 3rd stuffin SLOOOWED way down, all that power hanging on the transom might be better suited for a snorkle and conning tower.
Some of them boats at the end of the vid really wanted to be submarines just like all the people aboard them wanted to be dry. Once again good job. Thanks
That double cheeked Donzi was pretty nice. Very smooth finish and no barnacle damage......
Another great video, a lot of sun, surf, and boats. Keep it up.
4 and 5 engines becoming the norm it seems down there. Soooo much money on display. I really need to reevaluate my friends who only have two engines. Time to step it up.
Bahaha
LOL, where have your priorities been man. I suppose you put your kids through college so they are not swamped in student loan debt, did NOT give your house back to the bank in the 08 crash, and don’t have massive credit card debt. I just do not understand you two-engine types.
I'm becoming ashamed of my single diesel I'm my grand banks.... time to repower...
@@walterdavis4808 I wasn't familiar with what a Grand Banks was? I looked them up and smallest i saw was 32' long. Oh and all had the word Yacht in description. No re-power needed sir. You already reached baller status!
@@Ducknell american marine limited changed its name to grand banks , mine is a 67 american marine admiralty. Its basically a ketch on a 50 trawler hull. Tops out around 7 to 9 knots. It will run 5 or 6 at 1000 rpm . I believe It was the first built out of 7 . The other 6 had twin diesels
You probably had this question more then once, but how much current is there? Like how many knots? I never see any regular sailboat or motor yacht. Are they not able to enter the harbor due to the strong current?
PressTube Smart boaters read the tide charts and time their entry and exit around them. The idiots you see failing are doing so at exactly the worst times, at full flood or ebb. Either side of slack tide is best, but they have no experience and get the shit beat out of them.
I don’t know, but I think it must be three or four knots,at least
up to 7 knots that I have witnessed it can send you backwards if you are idling through
It's hilarious when people admit they have no idea but then throw out a number anyway... lol
Just 🤷🏻♂️ why's it so rough.
Wow, little trim goes a long way...haha damn . That blue Nor Tech, absolutely insane..No other boat wears that blue better.. absolutely gorgeous
I have a great name for you next video "Happy Thanksgiving - What "Stuffing" is all about". And put together all the boats you have caught stuffing the bow like that 43' Midnight Express. That was a great catch especially in slow mo!
8:14 PFDs for everyone. Good going.
Bloody hell I’ve watched quite a few of these videos over the last few days and think it’s the first time I’ve seen that at all.
Brilliant stuff ... all on gorgeous, glorious technicolour video too. You're gonna be famous now.
So this is how rich boy's play. If you all ever need a friend. I'm here for you. I can dig this.
I am with you on that!!!
Awesome camera work! Love the silver boat near the start, and the lime green boat near the end.
Another great video!
I remember the days when having 3 outboard engines was impressive.
My eyes get a bit watery when I see two 250s up in New England, ya get none of this stuff in my parts. All fishing boats.
@Sam Jones Can't out run the radio though!!
and now you have 5 and 2,000 hp!
@@AndrexT I’ve seen 6 and 2400hp. It’s only a matter of time before someone puts 6 of the 600hp v12s on surely?
You never think "I wonder if I see my Professor in one of these boats", now do you.
Your professor can’t afford one
Yeah you never wonder if it's your plumber either. What's your point?
Greenie did a cool stuff. That was not just a little bit of water splashed aboard. It was definitely enough to get their attention. I bet that was a high point of their day. Not often do those big center consoles play like a jet ski and Bayliner Jazz.
The guy in the Yellow Fountain I'd go out with any day.
That Freeman just eats it up!
Those Freeman's are a work of art 🤙
Hell this must be go fast weekend!
Love it !
Thank you! Thank you very much. Grew up on 1876 SW 17th terrace and as much as I love Miami and Haulover I also enjoy South Florida eye candy so throwing in 10 seconds worth of it is appreciated. Nothing overly blatant or sexist and WTH I'm guessing she bought her own bathing suit. That 10 seconds of viewing pleasure could really increase your subs. We are just simple folk.
perfect example of how to drive to suit conditions and of how to take advantage of the hull design was the FJ propeller design boat..
some of your best work, great vid
Good boat hull testing information. Guys drinking beer on freeman! Just another day. Awesome
I swear these big cats look like a pleasure to ride on. They just dig right in, very little pounding
Didn’t sink it, just soaked every person and all their belongings really good. You’d think any boat costing 1.3M would have some really GREAT scuppers. That water will drain right out. They didn’t really expect to stay dry now, did they?
QUESTION...Should your trim tabs be all the way in the UP position or DOWN and why? Thx
Damn alot of money worth of boats in 1 video!!!! I would love to just go for a ride in one of these!
Those are some amazing boats 👍👍
2:10 Very Nice the boats were kinda cool too 😁
that wasnt even close to sinking lol. looks like a good way to end the poker run if u ask me
I love that green one. It's all fun and games until you're takin on a ton of water. Ha ha. He cooled his jets, didn't he.
Which boat has the smoothest hull? I like the twin-hull with a high bow, some of those long hulls nose dive too much.
One of your vids just happened to be in my feed the other day I said why not one vid and was hooked straight subscribed been here everyday love it 💯 cause hey even the down time on the up 💯🔥
I dunno what's better the awesome boats or laughing at all the hater comments.
1:06 I have binn in that predator 447 boat, when it was in norway
Now that my friends was entertainment very nice video 😎👍👍
Thanks
That ruined a few cell phones LOL
Wow what a wonderful lifestyle they live in,,
That’s a hideous boat (Midnight Express) but love how they put it to the test
Some crazy people out there.
You have excellent footage. Your captions. angles and the slow mo's are a thrill and the ASS breaks are spectacular lol. Also the resolution is fantastic visually on a 65 & 75 LED is breath taking seeing some of these rigs. Take it further and capture some closeups of captains on the Yachts and the CC... unless thats an legal issue?
The bottoming out at 2:12 was a bit touch and go! I almost lost my fender!😂
What does "stuffing" mean? Also, I see many boats with what looks a roll of foam tied onto the back of the boat - what is that? And what is it used for? Thanks....
2:10 Haha😂 Okay....
What is the all silver v hull at 1:45 super smooth .they showed it again at 5:45. ?
akane742 I think it's a Cigarette. Beautiful boat
Another thing I've noticed is the first thing they do after a stuffing is kill throttle! Aaa wrong answer! And still no trimming it!!
Back in my day sonny, we had one 30 hp out board and liked it. Mercury announces 12 cylinder 600's with two speed gear box. 😲
I've watched so many of these videos and two things stand out. Everyone has more engine than boat and NO one knows how to work the throttle. Oh and they have never seen a lifejacket let alone worn one.
@William thanks for being here 👍🏻
Every boat has a max hull speed so for some it's all for looks or for a dealer $
@@RC-wb7od "hull speed" is not a maximum speed. Plus, planing hulls don't have a hull speed when on a plane. Power and prop are the limiting factors.
Not all planning hulls are created equal otherwise why would Mfg. bother to boast of hull design There are planning hulls that just won’t stand out of the water like others. Even the slightest alteration to the chine can sometimes serve to increase speed without adding more power.@@thebigmacd
@@RC-wb7od for a given hull, power and prop are the limiting factors to speed. It still has nothing to do with "hull speed", which doesn't apply to planing hulls and even with displacement hulls is not actually a maximum speed that can't be overcome with power. My point stands.
Thank you for the gratuitous shot at 2:14.
Beautiful shots today
Thank you!
EPIC STUFF!
Damn them folks took a salt water bath. Lol
Super vidéo
Random ass breaks are epic
That must be jelly because jam don't shake like that.
@@alfredhatch3719 yeah mama needs to do some lunges and squats
@@buttzkrieg3919 no she don't, it's perfect as is.
I understand why the center consoles are so popular now, being more practical, reliable, more roomy and just as fast...but IMO they'll never look as cool as the cigarette type boats.
Thanks for that, nice to watch as flurries come down
Midnight Express WHO'S THE U-BOAT COMMANDER.
Nice line from risky business when he takes the submerged 928 to the dealer to be fixed
Very sweet rides.... especially the Tan Fart Box 27(y o) at the 2:10 mark
That's a really good camera your using there what brand and module is it?
Panasonic cx350
Those two dudes were definitely having a “measure off”
I see no one in these boats wearing life jackets: pretty dumb of boat owners to take that risk for self and passengers.
No but plenty of beer.
I just love those Cats
6:30
10:20 Waves, what waves??
2:10 here's a moon to your dreams of seeing a sinking boat
Great vid, what camera do you use, thanks for sharing
Panasonic cx350
Where is everyone headed when they turn to starboard, and run down the shore?
Thanks!
No where!
2:10 jigglejigglejigglejigglejigglejigglejiggle
Thanks for including some jiggles in your vids
perhaps,you meant “
Full of People”?,andI didn’t see anything close to sinking. I saw a magnificent boat performing well in her native habitat
Thats not performing well. It's a shitty hull design.
6:07 anyone know what boat that is?
Here in Australia it's illegal to go through any entrance without wearing lifejackets. Big Fines and this video shows why.
You guys in Australia aren’t allowed to do much period.
Why did somebody drown ? This isn't Australia mate.
Ya I like my v8s and cabin the open bow with 25 outboards just doesn't get me off the right way.
Bad ass Freeman !
I thought when I first saw this they got wet in the cockpit of that green monster, I still can’t really tell. It looks like the windshield is sealed to the overhead. I hope so. I see that many boats have an unfortunate gap there.
Wet
I think ME needs a Carolina Flare edition.
Please tell us the make and model of these boats, some of these are stunningly beautiful.....thanks
You can check other videos with this info. Thx
Would have been cool to see the Navy’s old hydrofoil tear that up at 50knots.
The Skater`s and small MTI`s handle the rough stuff better than the big OL haha
Love that Donzi...
We too
Wow! Some beautiful boats! They should pay you for the free advertising!
WOW, folks wearing PFD .................what a concept!
I think it should be "10 people on board" not "in" board. Sorry for the correction, however I am kind of a grammar nut. Great content!
ty, done
Aboard
Did you notice the "e" is left out in people on the thumbnail?
15:44 Great sinking. I think you mean How to Submarine a boat full of people.
I'm sold on the lime green boat! But it would have to be electric blue and black!
Gotta love a Nor-tech
Out of the 3 boats in this I like one is at 10:45
2:10 perfect!
12:59 here we can see the sub breaching the surface
Freeman😍😍😍
Tell the one in the green boat he has his outboard motor time down to low that is why his boat is diving they almost when undet
do alot of these boats have bow thrusters??
I wonder what those hole beneath the bow is for. And i love that black cat with high bow just swallow the waves. Seems like its more stable than a sports cat with low bow
Bow thruster. And yes, the freeman is a work of art in its ride quality in the rough
