Au cœur de ce sanctuaire naturel, Anthony Ovini, Luc Alphand, et deux autres chasseurs des cimes, vont relever le défi dans le respect de ces terres sauvages de l’île du sud. A bord d’un hélicoptère, ils plongeront dans les fjords majestueux et suivrons les vallées profondes pour se poser sur les sommets enneigés, vierges de toute présence humaine. Une chasse à couper le souffle, où la Nouvelle-Zélande saura être généreuse.

comment peut on parler de "respect de l'animal" quand on voit un abruti prendre plaisir à tuer un chamois qui le regarde sans se douter qu'il va mourir pour satisfaire le loisir de l'homme !!!

Very nice video and a beautiful stag. But what happens when the helicopter cannot get you because of the cloud???
the helicopter is not an obligation, and then it is not the fog that can stop us to go hunting, you can be?
I know well the helicopter is not an obligation, but in this Chamois hunt, you were a long way from camp, with out gear and the weather can change. Then you are stuck in the mountains with out tent etc.
know that in the south island there is almost no road and road, the only way to move is the helicopter, this does not prevent the quality of our approaches during the day of walking, the back to the camp this done in helicopter instead of a big 4x4
I think I know NZ and the South Island better than you, I do live here. The helicopter is a great tool, and I use it often. But the weather can change in a moment. You should never be left on the mountain with out the right gear. Thats just my opinion. You guys look like you had a great time!
