Hello, does it still holds on ?
How are the pressures, 2.46 psi = 16~ kpa and on forums I saw that already over 10kpa (max) the filter means its blocked.

Yes it is blocked pretty much. I did all these as a temporary solution but had to change dpf filter in the end

I also have Ford focus mk2 1.6 diesel in Sweden with the same DPF issue. I did regeneration a year ago and it worked fine. Now the car is showing agin the code. Are you satisfied with the results of this direct fluid insertion?

wsalam, how did you regenerate last year?
no i am not satisfied with the results because i think in my case my cars dpf was clogged uptil the point where only replacement was the solution. the code came back after a month. But it could work for some time in your case. it is quite cheap so worth a try. Usually Ford dpf are recommended to be changed after 120k kms

I went to a mechanic last year and he did the re generation as you have shown in the previous video. I think it’s clogged now and needs replacement. I am thinking to buy an OBD reader to regenerate my self. Do you recommend any OBD reader for DPF regeneration?
I bought from Jula but it didn’t worked.

The OBD2 reader will only tell you the
fault codes... plenty on market are cheap and
will do the same job. (foxwell) OBD2 is
a good one to use roughly £20-£30. i would
try using two things for DPF clean... buy
Mannol DPF foam cleaner. the foam is
better than the liquid version. also use a
diesel additive in the fuel tank that supports
DPF regeneration. simply put the can in
the fuel tank before filling up with fuel. the
additive will burn the soot inside the DPF
at a much lower temperature and the foam
cleaner will loosen the soot. the two DPF
cleaning solutions will work better together.
Go for a nice long drive getting the revs up
& the DPF will be as good as new. 😉👍

Your ment to clear all. Faults first and once added the product , use a laptop or scannner to force a regen …..

If you clear all the fault and then force regeneration, you end up damaging many things under the hood and that happened to me so if the car doesnt allow forced regen with error codes then dont do it
If th efilter is blocked and you clear the codes, try to force regen on blocked filter, engine will rev up and the exhaust has to come out from somewhere. In my case one plastic pipe blew up and two injector seals blew after i cleared codes and forced regen
