Can someone answer my question on why some people decide not to use Heartbreaker Harley's special 2 which has a stun on it and instead they decide to use Arkham Knight Batman special 2
Yeah. 3 reasons. 1st reason is that Arkham Knight Batman gives extra dot damage to Harley. 2nd reason is the stun time of The AKBatman being longer which ends up being better than the short stun time of Harley. 3rd reason is that you get to build power a lot quicker tagging in and out as you stun.

I forgot which teams I used. But I don’t know which teams you have. I usually use a percentage hitter like KOAAquaman,Shazam,silver Fait. If you have Beta Club you can use catwoman team after that to finish him off. Or you can stun him with Zatanna,heartbreaker Harley, EPoisonIvy.
I just looked. If I were you I would start using my resources only on Batwoman the Drowned gears(after you get them). She would do the most damage once you get her gears from challenges. Also you should get your hands on King of Atlantis Aquaman because of the percentage damage he can do. You can get shards for him at the store with your raid rewards. But right now with your current roaster it doesn’t matter who you use. Use who you are good fighting with and keep upgrading. It takes a long time to have a big roaster.

If you still wanna use the 2nd special of HB Harley you can add JL flash to your team for an extra fast attack hit to increase her damage.

Any character can use it. The point is to use it against characters that are critical attack resistant to go around that.

What’s yours TBMWL Build ?
All damage dealer build. No lethal on it. Around %50 defense. But with him it’s about the percentage % health damage since he can do the % damage.
