It's a widget for a productivity timer app that I found a while back called Flow,

Instead of AltTab you can just use the mac built in feature in the system settings, keyboard shortcuts, you can assign a shortcut to cycle through an apps windows. I have cmd + < and it will cycle though all my open finder windows for example
yeah sure! i personally like AltTab cuz it shows me everything
I new about spotlight before settling with mac and its one of the reasons that made me switch

@@annakessler9372 Yeah, it allows you to search for documents, applications, do calculations and stuff.
