Hey y’all Idk if this wonderful lady knew or forgot to put this in the video, but just wanted to let y’all know that I got my serve down by practicing hand to ball contact while having the ball hit the bottom of my palm instead of my full hand FIRST then once I got that down I moved on to using my full had HAVE FUN PRACTICING!!!
Aaahh u r a left-hander! It was too difficult for me to learn how to take the right steps for everything from attack to jump service cause my first coaches always showed everything for right-handers so i kept messing up cause i was too young 😅.
