Pondy Marina Beach - A beautiful beach in Pondicherry near new Light House,

Pondy Marina Eco beach is the new attraction for tourists that is located at Dubrayanpet, near the new lighthouse, which is 1.5 km from White Town. It is a food-based theme beach, also known as Vambakirappalayam Beach.
Focusing on the theme of food, the stretch features as many as 34 outlets serving everything from kulfi and ice cream, shakes, tea, and coffee to burgers and biryanis. Don’t miss the bamboo biryani, spring potato, and the many varieties of kulfi.
The artificially-created seashore is pleasant to stroll along and busy in the evenings. The sand is not as sticky as it is on other beaches, resulting in less mess. The waves are delightful in the morning, but the tides rise towards nightfall, making swimming unsafe.
