After Shavkat there's no one else really. I think Usman would be good for his resume, but he's pretty much at the end of his career. I get what he's saying about building a legacy, but sadly the welterweight division is pretty flat at the moment. Guys like JDM and Ian Garry aren't big names. Ian Garry couldn't submit MVP who has zero ground game... JDM beat Burns which is pretty respectable but honestly he's like 2 or 3 fights away from being title shot worthy. I wouldn't blame Belal for moving up to middleweight after 2 title defenses. At least at middleweight there's like 5 or 6 big names floating around.
