- The Sound of 007 - Garbage performing The World Is Not Enough with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra to celebrate 60 years of James Bond at the Royal Albert Hall.

I love these hybrid mixes of bands doing "their thing" and the power of an orchestra behind them to give it that added "oomph!". INXS did it...and Garbage certainly can hold their game with this performance!. Nice vocal Shirley!.
the best Bond title song of them all
Agreed and for the games, Everything or Nothing takes the cake.
Diamonds are forever.
Oh the drums omg
Classic Bond Song!
I liken it to the song ‘Bir Ömür Yetmez Ki’ by the esteemed Turkish musician Müslüm Gürses, whom I love very much. Wonderful!
Someone else mentioned the Müslüm Gürses version, that’s a reworking of this Garbage track, I’d not heard of it before they mentioned it, and it is indeed an interesting take which is well worth checking out for sure
This Song was Made for her!

Fucking beyond! Jeez!!! Omg I love this so much! It’s electrifying! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I want to see this very song played live with an orchestra, I'd die on the scene

Shirley 💕
Very fucking amazing
Awesome!
Wow! Amazing!
Go on Shirl!
Thank you so much for uploading this!
Coolest of the Cool !!
Woooooooooooooow incredible ♥️
many many thanks for the upload rob, from a garbage fan
Wooooow 🥰❤️❤️❤️
SLAYYYYYY
Thanks for sharing!!
Thank you for the upload!
Magnum Opus.
Great to see the band basking in well deserved recognition …more so for their long history of great music than for this bit of pablum.
Killer footage. Prime spot for drum notation scribble downs. I know they use a lot of over dubs but at least the basic beat can be seen, bar the bass drum. Which will make attempting to learn this so much easier. Garbage, the band of my 20's and a band i stil listen to just about every day since then. That is a lot of years listetning to garbage. Sounds funny when i say that.
Great!!! 🇨🇱
❤
its really james bondy

Tan iconicos que eran antes y ahora ultra progres
@Miguel Negrete Gil un chingo tiene que ver
В первых исполнения эта песня звучала на много сильнее и лучше
I highly recommend the original of it ; Müslüm Gürses - Bir Ömür Yetmez ki
Just to clear this comment up:
Turkish folk musician Müslüm Gürses released Bir Ömür Yetmez (A Life Is Not Enough) in 2006, which is a rearranged version of The World Is Not Enough by Garbage (released in 1999).
The World Is Not Enough was written by Don Black with David Arnold for the 19th James Bond film of the same name.
It's a nice reworking nonetheless, if you've stumbled across this comment, then you should check it out if you haven't already, thanks for drawing attention to it, I'd not heard it before, or knew of it's existence.

Awesome audio quality. What phone have you used to record this?
Thanks, this one was done on an iPhone 11 Pro, newer videos are on a 14 Pro, the tip for the sound is to hold your finger over the whole of the microphones at the bottom of the phone when recording,
Excellent! Who was on bass?
Daniel Shulman
