The Battle of Aughrim July 12th 1691 - Crossing the Red Bog. English infantry fight their way out on to Kilcommodan Hill and the Jacobite front line. Refighting the action using Beneath the Lily Banners wargaming rules.

Thanks Phil. I really enjoyed playing this one. Every die roll was genuine including Captain Power's elevation to the pantheon of 17th century hero figures! His little command did hold up the Williamite left and win the day.
