This is one of the BEST Live performances of Ghost Love Score! Tarja was very foccused on her vocal delivery and that cannot go wrong, she nailed it! She just arrives, stands there very gracefully and sets the mood for a cerimonial in the middle of a Metal concert... No other singer would do that with an even similar grace... And please don't complain about the pre-recorded Back vocals in the last part of the song - only a fool would think that Tarja couldn't reach the higher back vocals... Its just the way the song was composed and performed in the Once album version, she is singing Live the MAIN Vocal! Nightwish always did it like that back in the Day, Now with Floor's version, they stripped down the instrumental parts and Backing chorus to make her voice stand out more... as simple as this! (and I don't wanna start another useless argument, is just that some comments below by Floor fans - I'm not saying all fans, just some - seem to be quite ignorant. I Love Floor and Nightwish, still Tarja's voice is Huge and dark in timbre and so it stands out with an even heavier backing track). Only a very hatefull person wont realise that everything about this performance is a Class Act! Thank you very much for posting, Brilliant!

Tarja Turunen somehow sung this particular performance of Ghost Love Score in a more classical fashion than the usual for this tour... It may not be as "sensitive" on some details as other performances, but for me this is one of the more Powerfull renditions I know... the ressonance in her voice is just HUGE and her tone is so DARK here! It adds so much more Dramatism to the song (without oversinging... The melancholy is all there) Amazing! I only wish that there was another better audio recording from this one (just like you wrote)... Cheers! \m/ \m/

However she became tired and not feeling in good health on the next day: 16th of december. This was a very intense tour, and Tarja's mother had passed away not long before... That exeplains why the setlist from the second night was different (without Ghost Love Score, but singing Walking in the Air instead, for exemple) and shortened. Tarja actually had to perform the last songs while sitting on a chair due to exhaustion. Yeah Tarja is in very good mood for a 2004 concert video. And Emppu too. Very nice. Love this performance, now I consider this my fav, and Romania second. Only thing, I wish audio was better quality in this one.

He sido y soy fan de Tarja, pero.... es monótona como ella sola, prefiero mil veces antes a Floor, la holandesa le ha dado otra dimensión y vitalidad a la banda, muchísimo mejores ahora

Floor's version is very impressive, but the setting was very different and Floor used more rocky voice with more attenuated classical tone...Tarja has an enormous vocal range and after leaving NW employed it brilliantly in every genre she embraced
I think in official video end of an era she is perfect,this video is good but not professional and it is difficult to compare the songs. For me it's more emotional with Tarja and it's the same from studio album. I like more the ending of the chorus and not with Floor's ending. But i think that Floor make a great job with some Tarja's songs.

But for me Aurikohirvi as much as is a bad quality video i still i love her voice and i am happy to listen one more live with her. Because except from bad sound quality i see her 😜 in another performance with another audience in different countries. I live in my way the old NW who i love most, especially in the beginning of their career. Ok i admit that the officials are better than the amateurs video who maybe have nice sound quality but no picture quality or the opposite 😂 but still are great from me because we have not so much with the two previous singers.

The one where backing vocals are with loud volume, it drowns the singer, it comes so loud: that they used for example in End of an Era concert.

Lol cheat... a singer with an almost 4 octave vocal with support all the way to E6, does not need to cheat. She just doesn't like to scream.
