- Our first time in Lombok, Indonesia. Sharing you our two week surf camp expereince. It was seriously the surf trip of my dreams. This was also our first surf trip EVER and it will always hold a very special place in my heart forever. I'm a longboarder and my husband is a shortboarder. Our skill level is somewhere between the beginner to intermediate level of surfing. We just wanted to take a vacation and challenge ourselves to take two weeks to focus fully on surfing.
Thank you to Leah, the staff, and all the surf coaches for this unforgettable, mind-altering, life changing experience. Kura Kura Surf Camp was amazing and I can't wait to go back!!

Wow what a beautiful clip. I used to live in Lombok for 8 years half of the year. I havenât been since 2019 and a bit worried it would be not so nice anymore. But your little clip just made me super excited again to go next week.

Would you say this is a good surf camp for complete beginners? Loved learning about your experience and interested in attending!!
Yes! There were a few people during our stay that were complete beginners and the instructors helped push them onto the waves. As long as if you're comfortable swimming, you'll be fine!
the video quality is so high!! what camera do you use?
I mostly shot on the Dji Osmo Pocket 3 on this trip but also used the Sony a7siii on some days too đ

Nope, we were there mid December!
