I grew up with Chris Evan’s as the human torch, Jennifer Garner as elektra, Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, and Wesley snipes as blade it’s surreal to see my childhood hero’s all together.
@@Birdy2023 yeah Spider-Man 1,2 and 3 and fantastic four from 2005 and 2007 are campy and daredevil from 2003 is alright but punisher 2004 and the x-men and blade 1 and 2 are fantastic I even like hulk 2003 but I’m a hulk fan that’s why I like it and there ghost rider from 2007 which is a fun watch so you should check them out.
Even after watching the movie I still don’t believe that this is real. I never thought we’d see Chris Evans, Jennifer Garner and Wesley Snipes reprise their roles and I never thought we would actually get to see Channing Tatum play Gambit and now here they all are in the same movie with Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman as Deadpool and Wolverine. It’s like a nerds dream come true
These cameos worked so well in the film, I’m amazed that they had the restraint to just keep it to these ones and not include more! I’m glad they didn’t include more because each of these cameos felt like they served a narrative purpose

The fact that a Deadpool movie included all those characters and _didn't_ make a complete joke out of most of them (unlike what Multiverse Of Madness did with the Illuminati) is low-key the best subversion in the whole film.
Yeah I completely expected them to be treated the way Illuminati was treated in DS: MoM. Glad I was wrong and these guys treated the way they are supposed to be treated: like legends who paved the way for comic book movies before MCU came along.

His portrayal of Cap was too good to the point that people will always associate him with Cap first, Human Torch second. Plus he was probably on a budget and was there for a fun cameo, like Deadpool mentioned in the movie. Can you imagine him being Johnny Storm in the sacred timeline and people will just go "Cap? You can burn now?" 😂

Seeing Wesley with Ryan Reynolds is an amazing thing. People forget that they were together in Blade Trinity and there were reports for years that they did NOT get along while making that film. So to see them together again is just fantastic. If those reports were true, than clearly they've healed their relationship. Awesome!
Also like he actually have great action scenes and survive the film which really surprised tf out of me cuz most of the time cameos appear to get killed off, first Xmen 97 then this, great year for gambit fans

They all had like 12 minutes of screen time and 6 of those were in an epic final battle, I’d say it was pretty well done, only one that sucked was Johnny storm sad death

The 3rd act team up with Electra, Blade, Gambit and X3 had my JAW dropped the entire time. Completely unexpected! 😂😂😂 loved it!
