Love my wahl detailer li the feel of having a pencil in your hand not like the andis or the FX but I have all 3 and Im not a barber just someone who cuts his own hair

Edelburt Zamora i left the blade how it came out the box but yes it was easy to take apart and put back together! If you can go without it for a couple days to let the paint and clear coat stay on then you’ll be good!
I think I made the right choice picking this up yesterday. Have yet to try them. Im excited to though. Needed an upgrade.

Wahl detailer Is this trimmer good or not? please Some nice trimmers for a clean shave suggest? Wahl 14000 Moser & Wahl detailer which one is better for clean shave?
Just ordered these last night, review sold me on them. My StyleCraft Hitters kinda get snagged sometimes on the Adam’s Apple area and they just cut very well going up. Hoping these will be my all around trimmers.
Detailers are the best at scooping / pushing hair around the Adam’s apple area
@@cutsbycoast meant to say my hitters dont cut well going up. But for sure, excited to use these. Def gonna custom them like you did, matte black with purple.
@@jesushinojosa152 Man I just got my Hitters 3 days ago smh, wish I would have seen this comment before buying them. They pull and snag so bad that they're basically worthless to me. My Gold FX are hittin super nice but I need another one as they die when I forget to plug them in and also don't wanna wear them out with Bulk removal.
@@avillatoro316 i actually use the detailers as my all around trimmer, and the hitters i still keep just to clean behind the ear and the tight closer hairs on shape ups as they do get close. But 100% theyre just not powerfull enough for much else
@@jesushinojosa152 I suppose I will return them or sell them and buy detailers to be my all around trimmers also and use my Gold FX how you use the Hitters.

What's up, great video thanks for the review. I'm just getting into barbering I don't mind paying more for the fx trimmers. Would you still choose the detailers over the fx?
Thanks man! I would go detailer for all around & it’s $50 cheaper. But money isn’t the issue then the gold fx will bald out closer and put a sharper finished line. I still like the detailer better for lining up a neck line the fx have always snagged for me

Great review! Looking into adding these to my arsenal. Not sure if I just wasn't paying attention, but does the plug in for the charger sit so it only takes one spot on an extension cord?

I have the gold fx's they dont pull hair at long and the wahl won't last long my boi had a pair the blade outlasted the motor
I have both but it always grabs my clients on the Adam’s apple
@@cutsbycoast what I have found out is that the fx's love oil and that it must be o gaped real close if not it will pull hair that's what I figured out

@@dennisariiza7014 I think so the detailer dont blad out very good and its not really reliable but if u doing a lot of design work it's great for that and it's cheap feeling they could have made it better
