We’ve had our 2005 Avalon Paradise 22 for 15 years now and it’s quality has lasted beautifully year after year. It’s such a quality built pontoon and for all these years we couldn’t be happier!
Purchased an Avalon 1670 23 Eagle Family pontoon boat from a neighbor back in April of 2021. I have contacted the local authorized dealer for Avalon about a new boat cover, but no response back after a few tries. Then I contacted the manufacturer a few times in the past few months, but they never call me back. The boat is only 3 years old and the seat covers and bimini top deteriorated and has many rips. So, in the meantime, I have no protection for my seats and they too are now deteriorating day by day, it gets worse. They are quick to sell you a boat, but wont stand by it if you have any issues. The main office for Avalon told me they dont deal with the public, but the local dealer doesnt want to deal with me either. I give them 1 star out of 5. It would be zero, but the boat is really nice!
