    Royal Marines are awesome. Most people have no clue how difficult this is carrying 14kg of kit plus rifle, especially the rope hang and recovery.

    I'd like to see a full length video of a top recruit (under 10 minutes) completing the entire Tarzan Assault course, rather than just this snap shot which does not do it justice.

      Just going from 1:58 to 2:10 is a bitching jog in itself, then from 2:26 to 2:30 you get another trip. A 3 minute video, could never do a 13 minute course justice.

    running between points with the weapon slung on the back is shitty drills, we'd have to have it at patrol position in Aussie Army

      2 Aussies SAS that came to UK to do RM cliff climbing training were returned to their Units as being unfit physically to do the course one was in my squad and one this year 2021
