Cleveland area weather forecast: Keeping an eye on potential storms this weekend

Your 11 p.m. Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio weather forecast for July 12, 2024: Sunshine and a stray shower chance on Saturday. Highs will be pushing the upper 80s.
By Sunday, we'll begin to get into a new pattern as a large dome of heat moves out into the central U.S. Around this dome of heat will be large complexes of storms that rotate around the outer periphery of that heat. This will place us in the "tracks" so to speak of these storms. So beginning Sunday through the start of next week, we'll have heat, humidity and storm chances daily with highs in and around 90.
