That's good yummy yum, but excuse just I want to tell u Arab country any food for making Bukhari or Briyani, or mazboos, used prawn they're don't like with the skin, they're cook almost people Arab without skin. Thk u for showing me this bukhari shrimp ❤👍😍

+Nida Soriano How about mixing fish curry powder (2 tbs), korma powder (2 tbs), chili powder (2 tbs), coriander powder (2 tbs), cumin powder (1 tsp), fennel powder (1 tsp), black pepper powder (1 tsp) and turmeric (1 tsp)...mix them togehter, add water, make paste...saute onions, garlic, cloves, anise seed, cardammom, lemon grass (bruised) and pandan/screwpine leaves (knotted)..later add the mixed spices above..then add condensed milk, water, salt and sugar..later rice...rest is easier..I already tried this.
Similar to prawn briyani.. tasty rice.
