I love the fact that you used the cover art I made for Floppy Fish in the video and as your thumbnail, I never thought I would see one of my first Photoshop edits on someone else's video haha
It actually was the cover art I made for my cover/extended version of Floppy Fish back on SoundCloud when my artist name was LightSkyMusic, so yeah I've also been waiting for so long for a full version of this song and I'm so glad it's finally here !!

Owl City is changing as Adam as a person is changing, but it’s okay. Remember he is making music for himself, and if others don’t like it, he doesn’t really pay much mind to it as his music is his way of expressing himself.
The Floppy Fish thing is just an example of Adam being a goof and interacting with his fans by releasing a song asked for a long while!
I doubt he’d mean anything with releasing Car Trouble, just trying to have fun ^^

so if he started producing car trouble right after people spammed him to this means it took him less than a month to produce the entire song evident by the screenshot used at 1:14
this is assuming that he listened to the community and started producing it after people asked
Also! People did try convincing him before the spam, but the spam is more evident,
I’m not exactly 100% sure of a timeline ; but I do know we’ve been joking about Floppy Fish in the discord server / some fans at concerts with signs for a while now.

Wait--I always thought the song "Trust me" with Lynz was official. I guess it was just a fan filling in the blanks! That reminds me: I need to make lyrics for "Ridiculously Happy"; it's kinds been on my to do list for like 10 years, hahaha 😅
Hahah I thought that too for a while! It sounds amazingly official, and Lynz did do an explanation video on her TikTok showing how she made the song. She did do very good with what little she was given, and the song she made ended up being very relatable for me, so it is one of my favorites.
And yeah! It would be cool seeing a version of Ridiculously Happy from you!
