very cool to see a range rover in action in the US, you only really see a range rover in use in the uk police and ambulance service. these cars are known to be unreliable and need constant maintence so im suprised it was chosen
The vehicles are registered as any other private ambulance would be (such as PRN, AMR, etc.). Any private ambulance can run code to emergencies. Even AMR has "chase cars" such as these which don't transport patients, but are to provide quicker responses and allow paramedics to get to a scene without getting tied up on BLS calls.
