What kind of brush is that for the tires I can’t seem to find it?
What about the gears and spoke - I have my black Model C for a over year and have yet to wash it , its not used for commuting, just for fun

what about real life conditions where it gets caked in mud etc, what about he drivechain etc? takes more than a wipe down where i live haha
Haha, @TheWeardale1, in such cases we actually have some customers that use high air pressure to blow away dust and mud!
Don't jetwash it but a hose with a gentle stream is totally fine. Why wouldn't it be? Bikes are outdoor transport, where it rains..
Hey Hasan, while yes this can be true we don't recommend getting the bike wet in any capacity simply because we don't want your battery to sustain any water damage. Just like smart phones can be water resistant, so are our bikes. But Apple does not recommend getting your iPhone wet and we are of the same mind when it comes to our bikes.
did you even say any thing?.... ok I won't use a garden hose...but how do I clean my seat my breaks my chain the frame the motor the battery the lights the controls...I feel lost

Hey David Geekly, commented below is a great video on how to clean then lubricate your bike chain. As far as cleaning the frame, like Blake said we recommend using a bike polisher and/or a little bit of water on top of a microfiber cloth to wipe down the frame, your seat, the lights, etc.
