i run my code using CPUs and each EPOCH took 4 hours for processing . And after using the GPU , it is only took 3 minutes for each EPOCH .

Bro what's the use of "cuda"?

Cuda is used for utilising your own computers GPU if you have one and you have to work with jupyter notebook its not related to colab.

but how much GPU do we get to use?
I've ryzen processor zen3 arch, 6 core,12 thread, 6 cache mem and 500MB Radeon GPU. but the time taken by the model to fit is just insane. Will the google collab be helpful instead of my own laptop hardware?

If you are doing Deep Learning project then your laptop configuration is not good compare to colab gpu. In colab by enable gpu you can get 12GB gpu memory.
