My “very easy” in the 250 class was extremely difficult and then my “very easy” on 450 class was like racing 1st graders

I play in first person all the time I find it the most immersive and fun
It’s meant to be played in first person. That’s why third person has odd movement. While playing in first person everything is perfect and looks and feels exactly how you should
maybe you could do “hardcore privateer” to make it harder. so for instance when you have the option for a bike upgrade that is mid tier and an upgrade that is better than others (ie factory upgrades) you have to use the mid tier bike upgrade
that way it limits you more, but still makes sense to what racing in supercross would be like as a privateer

I started watching your videos around two weeks ago and they’ve been the best videos ever they light up my day
I love the first person physics like when you go off the face of a jump, and I can see it happen, if you turn a tad to the left or right, before you go off the jump face it will take you into a small whip
This first person camera is actually really nice

wouldnt that make it harder? Easy tracks with fast lap times means 1 mistake = 2nd place.
MX sim seems like you would spend half ur race on ur side, while the no life kids compete for top 5
I wouldn’t say it makes them “easy” it just makes the learning curve smaller. I’m into racing sims like assetto corsa and even I have difficulty sometimes re adjusting to games like need for speed just because they’re so different physics wise
You are absolutely right. MX bikes is way harder to learn and hard to keep flow. This game has such bad bike physics

It lets you play the game for a while before it starts making rain more common.

Just picked this one up on sale. Pretty fun game but I’m terrible at it lol. I’m trying to figure out the controls and the body leaning and all that. I’m not sure to get the seat bounce if I need to press down and up on both the left and right stick or the right only. Any tips appreciated😄 I can’t ever seem to make the triples. Nice video! Makes me want to get way better at the game!

I noticed that in the 250 career the very easy difficulty was harder than realistic, but when I did the 450 career very easy was in fact very easy

Nah mate, always sick to see race track from rider's POV even if its in game
You could play with "consequences". For instance, if you crash you could wait to continue for a certain amount of time. That would better emulate a crash and force you to ride more conservatively to avoid the new punishment. If you want to complicate it even more you could have different delays for different crashes. (I.e. sliding out would be a 5-10 sec penalty while landing on the up face of a triple would be a dnf.)
This is by far the hardest one yet. Supercross 3 realistic was semi easy. But I haven’t fully upgraded my rider yet and I’m still 250. Rhythms are hard to hit. I would beat bots on the last one by 20 seconds this one I can’t win lol

QUESTION. By the end of the race on Hardcore mode, how spread out are the AI? In SX2 it was realistic, and by the end of the race riders were spread across the track as they are in real life. AI would lap other AI, you were always on the same straightaway as someone else. In SX3 it switched to more clumped together AI. All 22 riders would be in 2-3 sections the whole race. I strongly prefer the SX2 style. What is this one like?

The real hardcore mode is you always give them a five second head start in the main event you do five seconds plus what ever your position was in the heat when you crash you wait ten seconds and you only hit whoops in second gear you’d be surprised how much better racing the AI is when you don’t wheelie whoops on fifth gear lol

I played my 250 career in very easy cause I score 7th position on realistic. The very easy mode was easy on some track and the last couple of the 250east championship tracks were super hard for me
Like the series. Could you try a career without upgrading your rider? maybe that would make it more even?

Did you somehow change where your character looks? When I use first person view or goggle view he my character just stares at his outside shoulder

I started off on very easy difficulty in the 250s on my Xbox One and they are so much faster than the realistic, I just started 450s on medium and started lapping them 7 minutes in. I just got it on PlayStation 4 but haven't started played anything yet
Can you add the heat races cause it’s interesting to see who qualifies but it might be a bit long tho
Checkout the camera mod from Leone291, it makes the first person much better fov if you change it to somewhere between 95-110. I play this same way, no hud, just first person. Makes me wish there was a flagger at the finish line with a white flag though.
Remember, you built this track in supercross 3, you did the best any could do with the track prices provided
How do you not get the game to freeze im stuck on this race i finish it then it crashes on xsx and then it starts me back at the main you finish it and same thing
You should do a challenge where you use a stock Suzuki with no upgrades to the rider or bike
I just realized this but it would be sick if they could take the commentary and pit crew from the real races and put them into these games. Like play by play commentary. But that might cost a lot right?
maybe show the fastest qualifier lap and then maybe highlights from the heats before the main event.

You should make it so you can only pull a couple of tear offs during the race
Do like 5 sec penalties whenever you go down that way whenever you do build up big leads if you make mistakes itll cut a lot into that lead

i always play hardcore mode since supercross 1.. i love first person view, but i always struggle in bike setup, i cant figure it out whats the best settings
There isn’t really a “best settings” you kindve just have to play around with it and see what you like
The worst part of this whole series of games is how quickly the hardest AI difficulty becomes super easy to beat for sure

I am getting a glitch on ps4 where career mode tracks do not have any weather. It is clear all of the time. Not complaining because I hate rain and wet tracks. But it just shakes things up.

Anyone eke having the issue in career i can’t get passed the first Anaheim race every time i finish it it freezes in the session reward screen. And i have to close the game open it and repeat the same race over and over again and on 20 minute full race times it’s pretty annoying

You shouldnt wheelie thru the whoops, when you hit them just leaning back with right stick and using left just in case, its more competitive ur whoop speed will be similar to the ai and it makes it more important to get a good drive thru them

problem is you crashed twice 3:40 seconds in and your in 1st place. you should do no bike upgrades, no player upgrades in the 250 class

Milestone has been doing this since mxgp. I get that we in the motocross community have only a few games to choose from, but this isn’t the game we deserve.
I wouldn’t say the ai is really good on very easy they just get unrealistic launches regardless of speed or how they land. They get some weird ass speed boost like they’re clutch kicking but we can’t do that, so if you mess up a rhythm section you loose massive time which any new player is gonna make multiple mistakes as were the ai can case every single jump but they get an unfair speed boost coming off jumps so it doesn’t matter how much they mess up they’ll always have moment. On top of that the ai is super aggressive going into turns they just go full send if they see you slowing down for a turn just to bump you off you the track. I would understand if the ai had that weird boost ability in the higher difficulties but they really need to remove it completely from easy and below and tone it down on medium, hard would be like 80% and realistic is 100% I mean do they even test these games with different skill leveled players? Or do they they just have pros that say yeah this is too easy this should be the difficulty.
