Even when I trained natural bodybuilding competition I made sure I could run a certain distance in a certain time or seconds of that time. When I fought 2 concerns mentality n muscles. I'm short but fought taller people due to my weight which was a lot of muscle had to work very very ridiculously hard to get the engine right. So he's right engine first then appearance look at fury amazing engine
Gib was amazing. the fact that he had the discipline to get back from a knockdown and continue his game plan without missing a bit was very admirable and thats Ultimately what took the will to fight out of Austin, that and the amazing set ups followed through by fight ending shots by Gib. perfect work. but i also have to say that, the only thing Austin accomplished in this fight was exposing something about Gib that we always thought was going on but didn't have enough proof to call it out: and its that he has a Glass chin. everytime he was pressured in any fight, and his rhythm was broken, his chin was unable to take a punch. in Jake fight, the first punch he received, wobbled him (and it was a very light shot), in taylor holder fight, taylor didn't even get the opportunity to swing because was getting dominated and everytime he did, it landed on Gib's hands or just missed. and when Austin tagged Gib's chin, he went down immediately.
The craziest thing about the Jake paul fight was that gib was never knocked out he lost because of the 3 knockdown rule they need to run to back now In a state where the 3 knock down rule doesn’t apply
If KSI beats Jake and they want to make these belts serious then Gib will have to fight JJ at some point for the title. Only other thing i can think of is KSI vacating the belt and letting Gib fight somebody else for it (Presuming Gib remains number #2/3 ranked.) I don't want to see that fight personally but if they want people to take what their trying to do with CZcams boxing serious then friendships will have to go out the window for the sake of the that. They're pros in boxing right now who have huge respect for each other but still get in the ring and fight.
i get why we wouldnt want to see the fight but at the same time like everyone wants to the best. what happens when ksi is at the very top and gib has worked his way up underneath him, you think gib is fine with sitting at #2 or #3? at some point i think this fight has to be seriously considered
viddal so right it's so much better get put to sleep in a fight then getting smashed and getting back up if you haven't trained right hydrated right that's when you get them bleeds on brain. it's much safer getting put to sleep your wake up and fights over with
Ksi calling gib out multiple times is still weird to me, he’s 100% fighting Dillon now which I’m still not really happy about however there is not many others his weight class good enough Anyway
