Just take the video down, it's useless! I looked it up here when I didnt find the two screws. I finally figured it out, it's the two knobs that have plastic washers, you unscrew the nut. I think if I wanted to make an instructional video I would learn this first.

It's junk. They sent me two screws that were too short. The one wheel keeps turning to the side. Right back in went in went to Walmart.
