At least there's some clues to the appearance here, but it isn't always that clear cut and even in this case the person looks, postures and sounds like a bloody man.
The world is volatile in my opinion and trans people can be particularly difficult to deal with if someone accidently says "Sir" or "Miss" or anything they feel was intended to be polite and formal when serving someone or whatever.

One can draw a parelell to women's/black civil rights era: where black men had to dress super formally and become doctors and academics to be taken seriously and not dismissed as "oh theyre just angry commies trying to break society". No studies ive seen show that this is a situation more likely to happen because a trans person is involved, and until that study is shown to me, im just gunna keep assuming the fact she was trans has nothing to do with it (besides of course the customer perhaps hating trans people and thats why she posted it online)

There is no excuse for this triggered behaviour. Ironically, in my opinion, there are a lot of fascists and bigots out there these days who genuinely proclaim themselves to be the opposite. In this case some trans people can be bigots, whereby they impose their volatility upon the innocent who make simple errors in their conduct when they almost exclusively feel accustomed to identifying people via biological markers and instinct.

My husband was yelled at by a Starbucks manager because he referred to a worker as "he." The manager said, "THE PERSON IS SHE!!" with a nasty tone in front of our kids. The person looked like a male. This was beyond ridiculous! They misspelled and called my name wrong many times, even when I told them multiple times, which I had thought understandable, but we have to get yelled at??? We don't go to Starbucks anymore.

I have a friend whos the hiring manager for a large company. When she sees pronouns, she tosses the resume. She knows from previous experience that person will be a complainer, a "hall monitor", policing and tattle tailing on other employees for ridiculous reasons. If he goes to magistrates then it won't be the court ordering that, it will be his solicitor advising it to him to offer as an excuse to lessen the sentence imo. Magistrates rarely order psychiatric reports I believe because if they're serious crimes it gets elevated to crown court. This I think would class as a petty crime, likely to be sentenced with a fine and compensation, unless he's offended before. But I'm not a solicitor myself, so I could be wrong of course.

I was at work and a girl and her mother called (customer service) nice and friendly tone. I spoke to daughter, who had a very feminine voice (clearly a young female) then mom. I asked a question about her daughter and addressed her as she, her mother then snapped at me in a rather fierce tone and said, my daughter likes to be addressed as HE. I wasn't even talking to the daughter at this point and felt the agresssive decrease in tone, as if I should have known. I feel like this is a mental illness and felt like I was instructed to behave in acceordance to what felt like a power trip.
I proceeded to use her daughters NAME and did not address to them as HE from that point. You be crazy all you want. DO NOT EXPECT ME to be. Weirdos!!

My boyfriend's cousin had a biological female manager where he worked who went by pronouns. Fair enough. But the issue was they never said what their pronouns were and got annoyed at anyone who wouldn't use their correct pronouns, so I'm assuming they/them. (I hope nobody comes for me because of the assumption I made. It's an example of how confusing it gets).
That whole pronouns thing became a shit show. "My pronouns are bug/butterfly and bugself".
They flip the English language on its head, and we're supposed to educate ourselves over night, or we're transphobic.
I'm all for people being who they are. I will happily respect someone's pronouns, but I will not get shouted at over a little confusion, or slip of the tongue.
I have no respect for the pronoun insanity. It nothing but a control measure to demand people at the very least tacitly agree with their totalitarian ideology. It's forced speech. I refuse to use pronouns when speaking to them specifically at work where I am required to acknowledge their made up identity. One of the biggest problems I have with the whole insanity of it is they demand we accept them “for who they are” (meaning I demand you play pretend with me) when they refuse to accept who they are. If you are a man then you are a man. Pretending to be a women is a straight up denial of who and what you are on all levels and perceptions. I have not seen one single solitary reasonable argument for this ideology. Even their best arguments require you to accept their ideology for it to make any sense whatsoever. Any amount of critical thought destroys this nonsense at it's core.
