Thank you. Wanted to make this a more detailed video. It is harder to do so when you don't have access to a work site. When I entered an LNG Canada safety video contest I won first place... Can't release the video to public since all footage on aite and the video I had to sign it over.
This is exactly what I experienced in my first work. As a new hire, I was motivated and keen to detail. But after a few months, I've noticed that most tenured employees don't give a crap and it rubbed off on me. Not blaming them tho. It was my choice to adopt their behavior.
Thank you for commenting... I am thinking of improving this video with a new version, same intro. Got some suggestions from the site HSE but also made this video less detailed than intended due to time constrains. What you mention about others not caring about what they do and "flowing" down hill before I show the dominos falling is something that I need to explain more. The complacency can be a downwards tumble from one to the next to the next "domino effect"
