SYLVEON WAS NOT THOUGHT UP IN FREAKIN 2009, IT WAS THOUGHT UP IN 2013. WHICH IS WHY IT IS NOT IN THE VIDEO. So if you would please stop with the freaking "WHERE'S SYLVEON. OMFG, WHERE IS SHE/HE?!" .....DO YOUR RESEARCH. 2013. THE YEAR WHERE X AND Y AND YES, SYLVEON WAS MADE. SO STOP WITH THE SAME QUESTION. It's actually irritating me that you're hating on the actual video because Sylveon was not in it. If you're a fan of that particular eeveelution, then by all means, at least research about it and LOOK at the dates in which videos are made. That goes for any other past Eeveelution video before 2013, not just mine.Thank you -.-"
finally! ugh! I got this vid in, done and done! I was working on this one for quite some time now. For those of u who saw the preview in nds64's profile, I apologize for the really long wait!! here's the finished vid! XDD this was actually my first actual, finished animation that I started and posted! my first animation was a complete fail. XD ENJOY!!!
oh, and, ah....no tablet was used during this project :3 all mouse drawn. so HA!! IT IS POSSIBLE!! ^^
Programs used: Paint, Microsoft Movie Maker--the simple frame by frame work out.
And to answer all of your questions of HOW I made the pictures talk--I copied and pasted the same pictures that I drew, erase the mouth on one of them and draw in a new mouth to coordinate with the sound of the voice. It's...not that hard. Just very time consuming. So it would be great if you stop asking on how I made them talk, the answer is right here ^^""" thanks for watching though!
