I have macular amydolysis . I have done multiple laser treatment. Currently my dermatologist suggested me to do exercise. Can you please suggest me dietary changes or how I can reduce amydolysis protein . There is very little information out there . No body knows about this . Can you please please help me.
How to treat it? I'm suffering from it for almost 11 years!! Still couldn't find a cure!!

@@pavithra-7429 There is no cure for amyloidosis. Your doctor will prescribe treatments to suppress the development of the amyloid-forming protein, and to manage your symptoms. If amyloidosis is related to another condition, then treatment will include targeting that underlying condition.
Because of the growing appreciation of the importance of itching (pruritus) as the primary trigger for the amyloid deposits, treatment is directed toward the relief of pruritus. Sedating antihistamines have been found to be moderately effective. Menthol, in combination with antihistamines, such as Dimethylsulphoxide (DMSO), have been used successfully to relieve the itching and discoloration (pigmentation), as well as decrease the size of the bumps (papules). Treatment with ultraviolet B (UV-B) light can provide symptomatic relief.
