- In this GTA mod review, we check out one of the LARGEST Vice City mod-list's that I've come across, that expands upon the base game of Vice City with tons of new side content, content to spice up the main game as well, features from future GTA titles in the HD era, new outfits, safe houses, vehicles, weapons, and so much more!

The bus interior is so freaking cool, because its animated and works fine

Funny how the company with millions drowned the game, While the passionate modders fixed it, renovated it, and brought a new feeeeeel to want to come back and replay it.
I wish the San Andreas mod for Liberty City was still a thing and got finished. It was basically GTA 3 but with all the stuff in San Andreas. You basically could walk around with Claude sporting an afro and play pool, and basket ball and stuff like that lol.
There is still one in development called LC'01
I can't wait for that one tbh, really looking forward to it!
@@BladeOpotato I think GTA SA Liberty City is in BETA 10 right now. But the last update on Artiom's youtube was like 2 years ago so idk if it's still a thing lol.

This is a very versatile mod. Much more opportunities and stretches the length of the game in a good way.

I also recommend the reviced mod. it's standalone so no need for an original vice city copy and the save folder is stored in the game's folder so saves won't get mixed up between themselves, it's more vanilla but still a good remaster
So funnily enough, this video was supposed to be 2 vids in 1, covering this and ReViced, but felt the need to cut it down to just VCEF due to how jam packed it is. ReViced video is coming soon-ish* though 👍

This mod's voice acting can be updated with new AI tools. thankfully technologies made modding so much easier in some aspects.
I really hope this mods will come to GTA Vice City Definitive Edition one day!!
Its really rough collecting the cars for the sunshine autos with so many new ones on the street. But this adds so much other stuff its fuggin awesome

There's 2 that are in development I'm waiting on to do vids for, for III it's Liberty City '01, and for San Andreas it's called Things To Do In San Andreas. There's an older version of the SA version available that's kinda like this mod list, but I'm waiting for the newer version to finish completion before I make a vid on it. Def check em out!

Really loving the empire building feature of the mod. OG VC always feel like I wasn’t building a criminal empire in the free roam section, since every missions tied to building your empire are only seen in the main missions. Afterwards, the rest is just collecting your income from businesses you own.
Although one down side to this empire building feature is that you’re micro managing the work, like in Scarface.
Man you should check GTA Unsettling Night out, it's missions are almost completed, the mods crazy and has loads of easter eggs.
this looks like a lot of my childhood dreams finally came through more than 20 years later - can't wait to try it

Unfortunately I don't think it would since some script mods have to be adapted to use that version. You could probably add some of these features individually that have been ported by their respective devs.

You really should play the PS2's Scarface game if you liked this mod, a lot of it is definitely inspired by the game

You should check out GTA Zombie Andreas, it's impossible to overestimate how good this mod is
Just imagine Left 4 Dead, mixed with a little bit of DayZ's brutal realism, and on Renderware engine
10 years after the release of zombie andreas it's still being updated regularly

The mods are sweet and detailed 👍but with more better AI every month I think many improvements can be further made.

also wonder which is cooler in gameplay, this one or "Tightened Vice" you reviewed before 🤔
Honestly both are great, but completely different. If you're looking for a change up in difficulty, Tightened Vice is the answer. VCEF is better for those who want more features but same difficulty, maybe even easier. (I found the story easier with these mods)
