@digitaltip Yes, I still have the raw downloaded radars from the 26th. I started recording @ 21:34, last recording @ 21:48 mountain time.
Check out the radar @ 2:30, looks like Irene runs into a wall. The whole edge of the storm is compressing as it meets the "Raleigh Wall"

@killgreed Maybe they didn't want it to make landfall there? The media would have you believe NYC was about to get wiped off the map, had it stayed off the coast it may have.
