Thanks guys….im in ca in Bay Area and my contractors have retired or sadly some have passed on. I never advertised as work of mouth kept me busy enough. Sadly now with my big jobs (contractors gone) not happening g my service work has been carrying me but with no advertising I am hit and miss. I’ll be spending time eating your videos and using your advice.

Just did the the 1hr 1 on 1 with jeff really a great guy. Feel really nice talking with someone that has been in your shoes, that has made the mistakes so you don't have to and that has level up. Very good information that his going over, stuff you may be doing wrong, he will send you the web chat video so you can watch later. Problem is many of our customers are Boomers and are actually afraid to go to the net to leave a review or even better they don’t have a Gmail account. They have crazy AOL, Yahooo ect. We do have a QR code on the invoice but our issues are usually no gmail account. Making one don’t work they don’t like new accounts posting reviews immediately. Anyone have any suggestions.?

What if you recorded an audio of them telling you their experience with your service (with their permission of course)? Then you can easily upload the audio onto your website + featuring a key quote/statement they said during the audio that really paints your business in the best light? You also don't need to feature their last name, you just feature their first name on your testimonial page
