When the pedal is frozen you have to remove the pedal from the shaft, which normally requires heat and some sort of puller (because it is so hard to take off). After that you have to clean up the shaft, there should be two grease seals in the pedal, they’ll need replaced. Then grease it all really well before putting it back together. This should have you good to go. Thank you for the comment and for complimenting the video.
It depends on if you have disc brakes or dry brakes on the front but definitely the master cylinder not releasing because of the little hole inside of it is likely the cause
Great video I'm about to do mine never done breaks on a quad before. I have one question did I see that right left hand threads on adjusters on the right side and right hand threads on the left side?
Good Job on the video, amazing how many of these bikes have no front/rear brakes because people think they are so hard to repair.
Thanks man
Did you ever make a video on the rear brakes? My brake pedal is stuck down on an 05 Rancher. Awesome video. Great info.

Hey thanks
Awesome instructional video. Do you have a video on how to stop the front wheels from screeching while rolling?

Yes I believe so it has been awhile since I have done one and I am thinking that is right.
When you take it apart lay it down exactly the way you took it apart so you won’t get the pieces mixed up.
What kind of grease is that red grease you are using?
It’s just valvoline wheel bearing grease, it has a high amount of tackafier, that makes it hold in place better and it’s real stringy
