Admission to the park is pretty affordable at $50 per person. There are plenty of dark rides and thrill rides for the whole family to enjoy.

One thing I will say about Lotte World is that they definitely at least put effort into their attractions unlike a lazy theme park in Dubai.
vidlink Dubai is so lazy even though they got so much money. I never understood why the Arabs lack such taste for good attraction design. To them it’s just having the building and a boat and they call it done and ready.

Very atmospheric, great music and audio, however the audio animatronics could use improvement. Still looks like a good ride. :)
I remember when I first went on this ride as a 5 year old in the mid 80's, Was the summer of 86
One of my fav Theme Parks in the world, I got some video footage on a VHS somewhere in the loft-My dad would always say the Video Camera is nor a toy lol-I'm from the UK in England-Kent :-)
Great Dark Ride + sooooooooooo pleased it is still operating after just over 33 very very long years!

There is also Sinbad Ride in DisneySea, Tokyo, Japan.
Now the animatronics are terrible but those well moved about until 1999. I rode this attraction for the first time 1993. The animatronics were very well moved. And it was much scarier because there were much more skeletons and corpses.

This looks really neat! I wonder what they could have done if they had had a bigger , Disney sized budget. Even so, this is pretty cool and I'd love to take a ride on it!

In the mid-60s there was Pacific Ocean Park, a theme park on a pier in Venice CA. They had an Arabian Nights dark ride where you're suspended on a flying carpet a la Disney's Peter Pan ride. I was about five but I remember one of the "animatronics" had its head knocked off because the park was about to go out of business. I wish there was video (film rather) of that stuff; I was obsessed with dark rides when I was a kid. Tons of TV shows were filmed there after it closed but before it was razed.

Funnily enough, just to let you know, Ursula’s head got knocked off in the Little Mermaid ride. A few screws were loose.

Very much like Pirates of the Caribbean with the drops being first and no drops near the end which is a bummer.
It's definitely better than other rides I've seen (much better than those Dubai ones) but Tokyo Disney has the superior Sinbad ride.

Personally I would have made it where the 3 dragon heads all at once dropped their heads down and stared at the ppl passing by...This needs some help, not bad, btu needs help.
yesss that animatronic was not bad at all it was moving and working well but they broke that dragon animatronic at 2 years ago and they didn't fix so that's why now dragon is moving pity

This ride is still going till this day, and it's been there since my early childhood damn. If people have that one amusement park ride that is so nostalgic and special to them and in their hearts, this is mine XD

Incomprehensible storyline, but ya don't get off this ride feeling cheated, for sure! I doubt any park in the U.S. has a 10 minute long boat/dark ride.
I went on this ride yesterday for the first time and asked a friend what the storyline was. Apparently the princess gets kidnapped and sinbad has to save her, so it’s basically his journey into finding her I suppose.
It's like they couldn't decide which ride they were ripping off....Pirates Of The Caribbean,Piraten In Batavia,TokyoDisney's Sinbad ride....

How is this possible? You going twice upstairs. But I don't saw you make 1 or 2 drops downstairs? So you climb without falling
There is a huge drop right as you enter the building, immediately followed by another small drop

위에 일본인들이 댓글에 계속 이 놀이기구가 상하이 캐리비안의 해적의 표절이다 신밧드도 해적놈이다 그러니까 표절이다 막 그러는데 이건 상하이 캐리비안의 해적과 많이 다릅니다.
왜냐하면 신밧드는 설정이 마법사에게 납치된 공주를 구하는 내용이고, 캐리비안의 해적은 잭 스페로우가 보물을 차지하기위해 데비존스와 싸우는 내용이기 때문이죠.

このアトラクションは、29年前に初めて稼動しました。パイレーツオブカリビアンよりもはるかに長い時間前に作られたもの。
