How do u make your butter cream so white whenever I do your recipe mine always turns out yellow I live in Australia and I probably use the same butter as you but it seems to always turn out such yellowy colour ???

Seriously? Thats so cool! TIP: you can make the cakes today and freeze them - they're easier to carve when they're cold and it'll save you tons of time tomorrow. And make the rainbow today as well so the paint dries before you have to stick it in!
